DMCA Policy for Chipotle Honey Chicken

Chipotle Honey Chicken respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Chipotle Honey Chicken website or services that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent, identified below.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Chipotle Honey Chicken site or through its services, please send a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. A clear identification of the material you claim is infringing the copyrighted work, and information sufficient to permit us to locate that material on the site (e.g., a URL to the specific page or content).
  3. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (e.g., typing your full name).

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the alleged infringer. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted on the Chipotle Honey Chicken site was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a DMCA Counter-Notification to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • An identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Chipotle Honey Chicken may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Takedown Notice or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature (e.g., typing your full name).

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Counter-Notification, we will send a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the Counter-Notification, at our discretion.

For any questions or to submit a DMCA Takedown Notice or Counter-Notification, please contact our Designated Copyright Agent.
